The Process

1. Inquire: Fill out the inquiry form with details about you, your brand, and the session you’re envisioning. I’ll follow up within 24 business hours.

2. Connect: If needed, we’ll hop on a quick (and optional!) video call to make sure we’re a good fit. Once we’re aligned, you’ll receive your proposal, contract, and invoice to secure your session officially.

3. Discover: Once booked, you’ll receive a thoughtful questionnaire so I can understand your brand, story, and vision. This helps me tailor the session just for you.

4. Plan: We’ll collaborate on a moodboard and session plan that reflects your vibe, from outfits and props to potential locations and styled scenes.

5. Prep: You’ll receive a detailed prep guide so you feel confident and ready. This includes tips for wardrobe, props, and making the most of your session.

6. Shoot: This is your time to show up and shine. I’ll guide you through the session with calm direction, ease, and space to be yourself, whether we’re shooting headshots, brand story moments, or cozy workspace scenes.

7. Edit: Your photos are gently edited in my clean, natural style with soft tones and an editorial touch. No heavy filters — just timeless, true-to-you imagery.

8. Deliver: You’ll receive a private online gallery within 14 business days. From there, you can download your high-res files, share your favorites, and put your visuals to work for your brand.

FAQS

  • Yes, a 50% non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your session date.

  • Your edited gallery will be delivered within 14 business days, depending on your session. If I ever anticipate a delay, I’ll communicate with you early.

  • Nope. I’ll guide you with simple prompts so you feel natural and at ease.

  • Yes. If you need something outside these packages like content over time, recurring sessions, or multi-location shoots, etc. reach out, and we’ll build it together.

  • I provide wardrobe guidance inside your prep guide, and I’m always happy to give feedback on outfits. For branding sessions, props related to your business (laptop, journal, product, tools, etc.) are encouraged!

  • Not at this time. However, I do offer optional add-ons like 15-second vertical clips that are perfect for b-roll or short-form content using my DJI Osmo Pocket 3. Just let me know if you're interested!
